FAQ

How does the payment process work?
  • We use DOKU by senangPay — a secure Malaysian payment gateway.
  • Pay via FPX Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, etc), Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard), and E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost).
  • We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your order arrives.
How do I track my order?

Once shipped, we'll send a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout. Click the link in that email to track your package. You can also reply to the email — we'll update you manually.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Email convertlabsolution@gmail.com with your order number. If it's already shipped, you'll need to go through the return process.

What size should I buy for my child?

Billy sizes are based on age:

  • 0-6m — newborn to 6 months
  • 6-12m — 6 to 12 months
  • 1-2y — 1 to 2 years
  • 2-4y — 2 to 4 years
  • 4-6y — 4 to 6 years

The fit is baggy — if your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up so they can wear it longer. The elastic waistband also gives extra flexibility.

Will you restock previous designs?

Billy releases limited drops — every design is small batch. Some designs will restock, some won't. Follow us on social media for restock announcements and new drops.

How long does shipping take?

Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 working days.
Sabah/Sarawak: 5–10 working days.
Orders placed before 12pm are processed the same day (weekdays).

What is your return & exchange policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery — items must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn, with tags intact). Email convertlabsolution@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the item is defective.
